ThinkGrow LLT-1 Smart Lifter — motorised lighting adjustment

The LLT-1 adds motorised movement to a suspended lighting assembly. Treat the lifting mechanism and its controls as separate parts of the setup: the Smart Lifter moves the load, while an LRC-1 provides manual up and down commands. The lifting unit accepts 110–240 V at 50/60 Hz. A mains lead and an ECS-7 signal cable are supplied with it, so another ECS-7 is not needed merely to complete the original contents. The wired remote is a separate item.

Organising connections and components

Distinguish the power needed by the motor from the signal carrying the movement command. A control cable never replaces the mains lead. Use the connections intended for each device and plan their routes over the full working travel. When selecting the components, account for the cables already supplied: ECS-7 with the LLT-1 and ECS-9 with the LRC-1. Basic up and down operation does not require a climate-control centre. If Hydro-X Pro integration is planned, check the additional components needed for advanced functions separately before treating the system design as complete.

What is needed for manual operation?

Add the LRC-1 remote, or choose the pack that already pairs it with the LLT-1. The motor unit includes its ECS-7 cable and mains lead. Lighting fixtures and the structure carrying the load must be provided separately.
