ThinkGrow LLT-1 and LRC-1 kit — manually controlled lifting

The lifting pack pairs an LLT-1 actuator with its LRC-1 manual control interface. This arrangement provides up and down operation without first adding a Hydro-X Pro controller. The motor unit accepts 110–240 V at 50/60 Hz; the remote uses its own 12 V DC, 0.1 A low-voltage circuit. Do not interchange these specifications when planning the connections. The original cables supplied with both devices remain part of the pack, so the bundle does not duplicate accessories already included by the manufacturer.

Organising connections and components

Distinguish the power needed by the motor from the signal carrying the movement command. A control cable never replaces the mains lead. Use the connections intended for each device and plan their routes over the full working travel. When selecting the components, account for the cables already supplied: ECS-7 with the LLT-1 and ECS-9 with the LRC-1. Basic up and down operation does not require a climate-control centre. If Hydro-X Pro integration is planned, check the additional components needed for advanced functions separately before treating the system design as complete.

Planning the next stages

The stated lifting capacity is 59.8 kg, with a maximum travel of 2.68 m. Size the mechanical installation for the entire suspended mass, then check how the connections move throughout the travel. Lighting and the supporting structure are not included. If the lifting function is to become part of more advanced management, treat that integration as an additional stage requiring the appropriate compatible equipment. Manual operation is covered by the two devices in the pack, without buying a climate controller solely for that purpose. This separates the immediate movement requirement from a possible wider control-system project.

When expanding this set, review its inventory instead of adding accessories by default. Identify the parts retained in the new layout and those that must be added. Availability applies to the complete composition: every component must be available to prepare the pack. A dispatch date therefore needs to be confirmed for the whole set.
