You can place an order on the website for delivery to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Martinique, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, Réunion, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method you have chosen.
Our deliveries within France are handled by our partner Chronopost. Your products are carefully packed in appropriately sized packaging and you benefit from online tracking.
Delivery by Chronopost is the fastest. Delivery by Chronopost is only available for in-stock products, within mainland France (excluding Corsica).
A parcel number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships so that you can track its progress. This parcel number is also always available in your customer account.
The parcel is handed over against signature. If you are absent, the courier will contact you on the phone number provided with your order. If you are unavailable, the parcel is left at the nearest pick-up point.
You have 10 days to collect the parcel. If you do not collect it within 10 days, the parcel is automatically returned to us.
