What size space is this extractor suitable for?

With 460 m³/h, the WHSP Ø125 mm comfortably covers a standard grow tent (up to roughly 120 × 120 cm) or a small room. The rule of thumb: the volume of your space in m³ should be renewed several times per hour. For a 1 to 1.5 m³ tent, the airflow leaves plenty of margin, even with a carbon filter fitted upstream.

Is it genuinely quiet?

Yes. That is the whole point of the WhisperBlower range: up to 2.5 times quieter than a standard AC motor of comparable output. The aerodynamic redesign of the airflow limits the turbulence that causes noise. For even more silence, it can be paired with an acoustic box or an insulated duct.

Can I connect an activated carbon filter?

Absolutely. The WHSP is optimised for a Ø125 mm carbon filter. Place the filter on the intake side to capture odours before the air passes through the motor, then exhaust the air through ducting. It is the ideal setup for odour-free indoor growing.

Can the speed of this extractor be adjusted?

This is a single-speed version, not natively controllable, designed for simple, reliable operation. If you want to vary the airflow or automate it by temperature, look at a thermo-regulated or multi-speed version of the range, shown below.
