Is this pack suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Everything is pre-configured and Plug & Grow: you set up the tent in 10 minutes, screw the bulb onto the E27 cable, plug in and grow. A BloomLED quick-start guide is included to support you end-to-end.

What surface and which plants can I grow?

The HomeLAB HL 40 offers 40×40 cm of usable area, ideal for 1 to 2 mother plants, an intensive cloning corner or small aromatic herbs. The SpectraBULB X30 BL covers the full surface effectively at a 30–40 cm distance.

Is the SpectraBULB X30 BL strong enough for flowering?

It excels in vegetative growth, cloning and maintaining mother plants. For intense, large-scale flowering, we recommend combining several X30 BL bulbs or stepping up to a BloomLED pack dedicated to fruiting.

How much electricity will it use?

The bulb draws around 35 W real at the wall. On an 18 h/day cycle during vegetative growth, that is under 20 kWh per month, or roughly €4 per month depending on your tariff.

Do I need extra ventilation or an extractor?

LEDs produce little heat: at 40×40, passive ventilation is enough in most cases. For longer grows or summer periods, we recommend adding a small HomeLAB-compatible inline fan to renew the atmosphere.

What is the warranty and bulb lifespan?

BloomLED warrants the SpectraBULB X30 BL for 2 years and rates it above 25,000 hours of service, which equals several years of use without replacement. Aftersales is based in France.
