Which grow tent sizes does the PL125-2 pack fit?
The PL125-2 is ideal for grow tents up to 1.2 × 1.2 × 2 m (around 3 m³). At 400 m³/h, a full air exchange happens in under 30 seconds, well above the 1–3 minute target recommended for indoor cultivation.
Is the carbon filter effective against strong odours?Yes. The RC4-12 activated carbon used by Prima Klima is one of the highest-performing carbons for capturing volatile organic compounds responsible for intense odours. With a 12–18 month lifespan in continuous use, it guarantees full discretion throughout your cycle.
What is the difference between speed 1 and speed 2?Speed 1 (220 m³/h) is perfect for cuttings and early vegetative growth, when little heat is generated. Speed 2 (400 m³/h) takes over during full bloom, when LED or HPS lights produce more heat and humidity must be controlled more aggressively.
Do I need a silencer or rubber suspension?The PL125-2 is already engineered for low noise. However, hanging the fan with silent blocks (rubber straps) cuts vibrations roughly in half. For a grow room next to a living area, adding a Ø125 acoustic silencer (sold separately) further dampens the airflow noise.
How do I install the pack in a grow tent?Hang the carbon filter high inside the tent with straps, connect it directly to the fan inlet (Ø125 collar), and exhaust filtered air outside through aluminium ducting. The order filter → fan → duct is critical: the filter must always be on the suction side, never on the push side.
