VENTILATION & EXTRACTION

Prima Klima WhisperBlower Silent Extractor Fan Ø150/160 mm: power without the noise

At BloomLED, an indoor growing specialist for over 10 years, we know that efficient air extraction sits at the very heart of a successful grow. Air renewal controls temperature, keeps humidity in check and evacuates the odours produced during flowering. The Prima Klima WhisperBlower L pairs a professional airflow of 890 m³/h (up to 1150 m³/h in free air) with outstanding acoustic insulation. The result: you renew the air in your grow room effectively, protect your plants from heat stress, and still preserve the discretion of your setup. A fan built for demanding growers who refuse to choose between power and silence.

Why choose the WhisperBlower L?

🌬️ Truly professional airflow

With 890 m³/h nominal and up to 1150 m³/h in free air, this fan delivers rapid air renewal even in large tents or multi-light spaces. Constantly renewed air means controlled temperature and plants that can breathe.

🔇 Silence that makes the difference

The WhisperBlower body integrates acoustic insulation that muffles the sound of the motor and airflow. You get powerful extraction without the usual roar, so your grow stays discreet even in a home or living space. Combined with insulated ducting, it is one of the quietest ways to ventilate a grow tent at this airflow level.

⚙️ The AC EBM-Papst motor

Prima Klima fits this model with an AC EBM-Papst motor on ball bearings, renowned for reliability and long life. Designed to run continuously, it delivers years of service without weakening, cycle after cycle.

🌿 Optimised for carbon filters

Its static pressure is calibrated to work hand in hand with an activated carbon filter. You neutralise flowering odours effectively while maintaining a high extraction rate — an essential duo for indoor growing.

🔧 Simple, universal installation

With its Ø150/160 mm connections, the WhisperBlower fits most standard ducting and clamps on the market. Quick assembly and broad compatibility mean you are up and running in minutes.

💡 BloomLED support

Unsure how to size your extraction? Our specialists advise you on the right airflow for your surface area, your lights and your carbon filter, and help you match ducting and clamps. At BloomLED, every purchase comes with genuine expert guidance and responsive after-sales support from our French team.

Frequently asked questions

What volume can this WhisperBlower ventilate?

With 890 m³/h nominal, it is ideal for medium to large grow tents and grow rooms. The rule of thumb: your fan should be able to renew the volume of your space at least every 1 to 3 minutes. For a tent from 1.2 × 1.2 m up to 3 × 3 m depending on the setup, this airflow offers a comfortable margin, especially when combined with a carbon filter that adds back-pressure. If in doubt, size up slightly rather than down.

Is it really silent?

Yes. Unlike a standard extractor, the WhisperBlower features an acoustically insulated body that noticeably reduces airflow and motor noise. For maximum quiet, you can pair it with insulated ducting and anti-vibration clamps.

Can I use it with a carbon filter?

Absolutely, and it is even recommended. This model is optimised to run with an activated carbon filter: its static pressure compensates for the filter's resistance to maintain effective airflow. It is the go-to combination for eliminating odours during flowering.

What is the difference between 890 and 1150 m³/h?

The 890 m³/h figure is the nominal airflow, measured under real conditions with slight back-pressure (ducting, filter). The 1150 m³/h figure is the theoretical maximum in free air, with no resistance. In a real installation, size your extraction around the nominal airflow.

Which duct diameter should I use?

The WhisperBlower L connects in Ø150/160 mm. Ideally use ducting of the same diameter (Ø150 or Ø160) so you do not restrict airflow. Avoid reducers and tight bends, which create pressure losses and increase noise.

The Prima Klima WhisperBlower L guarantees air extraction that is both powerful and silent, driven by a reliable AC EBM-Papst motor and backed by BloomLED expertise. A durable investment in the health and yield of your indoor grow.
