The X15 SpectraBULB bulb is our horticultural lighting LEDs model for small areas or low light requirements. It consists of a single high performance 15W LEDs. The use of this bulb reduces the distance between the internodes.
It is designed with a passive heat sink and simply an E27 socket to operate.

2) Place your bulb above your plant(s)

3) Leave a distance of 15 to 30cm between the top of the plants and the LED light bulb

4) Use a timer to leave the bulb on 18H/d for growth and 12H/d for flowering

This X15 horticultural bulb is equipped with a 15W multi-chip LED. The COB or Chips On Board technology, allows us to design a LED with several electronic chips to obtain an intense spectrum and 100% PAR.

High performance lenses

Designed for perfect heat dissipation

The aluminum inside and outside of the system has been designed to dissipate the heat emitted by the LEDs. The junction temperature of the LEDs is always below 80°C, thus increasing the lifetime of the various components. This is a rule we have set for ourselves.

The brightness

For the growth of plants, they need an optimum spectrum.

Example with bonsais. 3 symptoms correspond to the lack of light for bonsai:

- Defoliation of the leaves of the interior of the plant (where the light is the most insufficient). The bonsai can lose up to 90% of its leaves.

- Fragility of the new buds that grow, with very long internodes. Their green color is very light, almost white.

- The leaves of bonsai trees that grow with little light tend to be large and flabby.

Finally, the new buds grow towards the light focus. In case it is a window, the budding goes towards it. The growth is therefore not completely vertical.

Is this timer suitable for an LED grow light with a driver?

Yes. LED drivers draw a brief inrush current at start-up that the 16 A contacts of this model absorb comfortably. For multi-driver builds exceeding 1500 W combined, BloomLED recommends adding a power contactor and using the timer purely as the pilot signal.

How do I set a 12/12 flowering photoperiod?

Push down the tappets covering your desired lights-on hours — for example 8 pm to 8 am — then rotate the dial until the arrow points at the real current time. Finally slide the side switch to the clock symbol. Each lowered tappet equals 15 minutes of light.
