Connect the filter to your Ø125mm extractor fan using ducting and clamps. Ideally place it on the intake side, inside the tent, and suspend it with straps to spread the weight. Stale air is then filtered before being exhausted.
How long does a carbon filter last?
In typical indoor use, expect 18 to 24 months. Lifespan depends on humidity, frequency of use and pre-filter maintenance. Keeping humidity under control (below 70%) significantly extends the activated carbon's effectiveness.
Is this filter compatible with my extractor fan?
Yes, as long as your fan has a Ø125mm outlet — the standard diameter for medium grow tents. For best results, choose a fan with an airflow close to the filter's 480 m³/h.
