The 55W SpectraBULB X55 efficiently lights a 60 x 60 cm indoor grow area (about 0.36 sq. m.). It's sized for the tent included in the pack: you get a uniform PPFD ratio across the whole canopy with no shadow zones.
Do I need to add ventilation or an extractor to this pack?The tent is pre-ported for an extractor, but ventilation is not included. For a 60x60 space, plan a 100 mm extractor (around 180 m³/h) plus a carbon filter if you want to control odours. Check the BloomLED ventilation packs to complete your setup.
Which light cycle should I set for my plants?During vegetative growth, set the timer to 18 h light / 6 h dark. In flowering, switch to 12 h / 12 h to trigger bloom on photoperiod plants. The mechanical timer pins allow adjustments down to the quarter-hour.
How far should the SpectraBULB X55 lamp sit from the plants?Count roughly 30 to 40 cm between the reflector and the canopy during veg, then 25 to 35 cm in flower. Your hand placed at plant height should not feel hot: if the heat is uncomfortable, raise the bulb a few centimetres.
