How does the TORUS 950L Automatic pH Regulator work?
It is a passive regulator: placed in the reservoir, it releases and captures ions in a controlled way to bring pH toward the ideal zone and keep it there. No settings, no electricity and no dosing pump are needed.
What reservoir size is it suitable for?This model is sized for volumes up to 950 litres of nutrient solution. For smaller systems, BloomLED offers the TORUS PerfectPH Regulator 130L, better suited to compact reservoirs.
How often should the refill be replaced?The active cartridge typically lasts 8 to 12 weeks depending on volume, water quality and nutrient load. Keep a PerfectPH 500 mL refill for TORUS on hand so regulation is never interrupted.
Do I still need to measure my pH?Yes, as a safeguard. The regulator stabilises pH automatically, but regular checks with a reliable meter such as the Bluelab Combo Meter pH/EC tester let you monitor your solution and anticipate refill changes.
