How do I use Mycotrex?
Place about 5 teaspoons of Mycotrex directly in the planting hole, in contact with the roots, at transplant. Direct contact is essential: it is what triggers mycorrhizal colonisation of the root system.
When should it be applied?
At transplant or when setting young plants into soil, a single application is enough for the whole cycle. As mycorrhizae are living organisms, the earlier they are introduced, the sooner your plants benefit during growth.
Which substrates and nutrients is it compatible with?
Mycotrex works in soil and organic substrates and pairs perfectly with the other BioTabs products (Bactrex, StarTrex, tablets). Avoid aggressive chemical fertilisers and fungicides, which can harm the beneficial fungi.
