Frequently asked questions
Can this pack be used for flowering?
This pack is primarily designed for cloning, seeding and vegetative stages. Its 150 W total across 1.20 m × 0.40 m stays below the light densities recommended for optimal flowering. For bloom, use a dedicated, higher-power grow light instead.
Do I need to add air extraction?The Probox Propagator XL has passive vents suited to propagator use. For longer cycles or warm environments, adding a ventilation kit (extractor + carbon filter) is recommended. We also offer plug-and-play packs that include extraction.
Can the SpectraLINE IP65 bars be dimmed?The 30 W SpectraLINE IP65 bars in this pack operate on/off: fixed output, no dimming. The light cycle is controlled via the included mechanical timer. For active dimming, look at our dimmable LED ranges.
What distance should I keep between the bars and the plants?For young plants and cuttings, 20 to 30 cm between the SpectraLINE bars and the canopy is recommended. In early vegetative growth, raise them to 30-40 cm. The low heat output of LED allows closer distances than older lighting technologies.
Is the pack delivered assembled?No: the Probox Propagator XL clips together in a few minutes and the SpectraLINE bars come with their brackets. The 4 linking cables connect the 5 bars in series, then to the timer and a mains plug. No specific tool is required.
