The airy texture and light pre-feed of Light-Mix promote fast root development from germination or cloning. Under a horticultural LED, metabolism ramps up and young plants visibly gain vigour within the first days.

Which growth phase is Light-Mix 20L recommended for?
Light-Mix is designed for the start-up phase: germination, cloning and early growth. Its low nutrient load lets the grower dial in feeding step by step, making it the reference substrate for young plants under LED. For flowering, complement it with a richer soil like All-Mix or with a suitable BioBloom feeding program.
How many pots will a 100 L pack fill?As a guide: about 25 × 4 L pots, 14 × 7 L pots or 9 × 11 L pots. For larger fabric pots or airpots, count about 5 × 20 L containers. The x5 pack is sized for a full 1.2 × 1.2 m tent or to prepare several grow cycles in advance.
Should I add perlite or pouzzolane?Not necessarily: Light-Mix is already lightened for excellent drainage. However, if you grow in large containers (>20 L) or your water is very hard, adding 10–20 % perlite can boost root aeration over longer cycles.
How should I store the bags before use?Keep them closed, away from frost, direct moisture and sunlight. Stored dry, the bags retain their organic properties for several months. Open one bag at a time and use it promptly to preserve the natural microbial flora of the substrate.
