The PITPUK uses 3 mm CTC80-grade granulated carbon — denser and more absorbent than entry-level alternatives. It locks in the volatile compounds released by demanding aromatic plants throughout the entire bloom phase.
⚙️ Universal 125 mm flange
The 125 mm flange fits the vast majority of extractor fans and aluminium ducts on the market. Pair it with a properly sized 125 mm fan and you get full air renewal without crippling static pressure.

A polyester pre-filter wraps the body of the filter. It catches dust and fibres before they ever touch the carbon, dramatically extending the cartridge's life. Just wash, dry and refit.

Which grow tent size suits a 240 m³/h PITPUK filter?
With a 240 m³/h airflow rating, this filter handles tents from roughly 0.8 to 1.4 m³ — typically 80×80, 100×100 or 120×120 cm. Aim for a full air change every 1 to 3 minutes and pair the filter with a 125 mm extractor delivering at least 280 m³/h to compensate for the static pressure loss.
How long does CTC80 carbon last?Under normal indoor conditions (humidity < 70%, temperature < 28°C, 12-24 h daily operation), the CTC80 carbon stays effective for 12 to 18 months. Beyond that, saturation kicks in and odours start to escape — that's the cue to swap the cartridge.
How do I install the PITPUK filter?Mount it either in suction (the fan pulls air through the filter — the most efficient setup) or push mode. Hang it horizontally or vertically with straps, then connect it to your 125 mm extractor with aluminium ducting and clamps. BloomLED recommends suction mode to scrub the air before it leaves the room.
