Is the Torus Hydro 133L right for my reservoir?
This version is sized for reservoirs up to roughly 133 litres. For larger volumes, look at the Torus 260L, 266L INLINE, 380L or 950L models to keep efficient regulation and comfortable autonomy. If in doubt, the BloomLED team will help you choose the capacity suited to your system.
Do I still need to measure pH manually?The system runs autonomously, but a weekly pH-meter check remains good practice to track buffer-solution consumption and anticipate the refill. It is a few-second comfort check, not a daily chore like classic manual adjustment with pH Down, and it helps you build confidence in the system over your first grows.
How often should I refill the PerfectPH solution?Consumption depends on water volume, hardness and grow intensity. In typical use, a PerfectPH 500 mL refill provides several weeks of autonomy. We recommend keeping a spare refill on hand so your reservoir regulation is never interrupted, especially during the demanding flowering phase.
Does it work in soil or coco?Yes. Although designed for hydroponics and recirculating systems, the Torus Hydro also stabilises the nutrient solution used for soil and coco watering, as long as you prepare or circulate the solution in the equipped reservoir. Regulation then benefits every indoor growing method.
Is it compatible with my usual nutrients?The Torus Hydro is compatible with the vast majority of mineral and organo-mineral nutrients on the market. It acts only on pH without altering your nutrient formulation. With very acidifying nutrients, simply keep an eye on refill consumption, which will be slightly faster.
