Setup tips to get the most out of your kit
To take full advantage of the pack from the first cycle, we recommend the following settings: hang the LED between 25 and 35 cm above the canopy during vegetative growth, then gradually lower it to 20-25 cm in flowering. Run the ventilation continuously at around 80% during lights-on, then drop to 40-50% during the dark period to preserve a natural thermal delta. Place a small oscillating fan inside the tent (not included) to strengthen the stems through gentle mechanical stress and avoid any stagnant air pocket that would favour mould.
Who is this pack for?
This pack suits both the beginner who wants to start without sizing mistakes and the experienced grower looking for a second tent to isolate a phase or a particular strain. The 60 × 60 cm footprint comfortably hosts 2 to 4 plants in 7 to 11 litre pots, depending on the training method of choice (SoG, ScrOG, LST).
Is this pack suitable for a beginner who has never grown indoors?
Yes, that is our primary audience. Every component is chosen to be easy to install and use: the tent assembles without heavy tooling, the LED hangs in a few minutes, the extractor plugs directly into the mains. We also supply a detailed quick-start guide and our BloomLED support team answers every technical question in French or English.
How many plants fit in a 0.36 m² footprint?Count on 2 to 4 plants on average, depending on pot size and growing method. In SoG (Sea of Green) with 3 to 5 litre pots you can fit up to 6 tight plants. In ScrOG with a single plant trained flat, you exploit the full footprint with maximum yield. Our customers typically report 60 to 120 g of dry flower per cycle.
Are 45 W of LED enough for flowering?Yes. The SpectraB.2.G X45 delivers around 300 µmol/s of PPF over the tent footprint, i.e. an average PPFD of 650 to 800 µmol/m²/s at 30 cm hanging height — the sweet spot for flowering. The low electrical draw (45 W) hides a very high photon density thanks to high-efficiency Samsung diodes.
Does the ventilation kit remove enough heat?Absolutely. The 125 mm 190 m³/h extractor turns over the tent air more than once per minute, keeping the tent only 4 to 6 °C above room temperature. Under normal conditions (22 °C room), you stay between 26 and 28 °C inside the tent — the comfort zone for most cultivars.
Is the tent light- and odour-proof?The 600 D canvas and double-lip zips block any light leakage, essential for respecting photoperiods. For odours, the pack is designed to host a carbon filter (not included, to be chosen to your specific needs) that mounts at the extractor output via the provided 125 mm ducting.
