How many plants / square metres will this kit cover ?
Plan for around 3 to 5 m² of soil cultivation over a full cycle (10-12 weeks), i.e. 4 to 9 plants depending on their size. For larger spaces, plan a second kit or individual larger bottles.
Is the BioCanna Starter Kit suitable for hydro or coco growing ?No, this line is formulated specifically for organic SOIL growing. For coco use the Canna Coco range, for hydroponics use Canna Aqua. BloomLED can advise you on the right choice depending on your substrate.
What EC and pH should I target with these organic fertilizers ?Bio fertilizers are less sensitive to strict EC than mineral feeds. Aim for an EC of 1.2 to 1.8 mS/cm and a pH between 6.0 and 6.5. Organic soil buffers variations naturally, which makes management easier for beginners.
